How We Make Them…
The truth is, we hate pistachio macarons on the market.
Almost all pistachio macarons we tried have little to no pistachio taste because pistachio nuts are costly.
So usually, you'll only end up eating green coloured "pistachio" macarons that only mimic the colour of the pistachio nuts, with no actual pistachio taste.
Which is why at Macarons.sg, we make it a point to use real pistachio nuts in our macarons to ensure you'll get real pistachio taste in every bite.
Blending roasted pistachio nuts into a fine and flavourful pistachio paste, we combine them into our famous italian meringue buttercream before sandwiching them between our macaron shells, giving them their distinctive pistachio flavor.
