This is one of the flavours in our store that we're so proud of, because it's actually leaves a bitter aftertaste in your mouth, something that's unheard of in macarons, until now. 

It's no wonder why we have regular customers going crazy over these.

Why Nescafe Mocha?

Even though we make our macarons less sweet to suit the local tastebuds, we will still get occassional comments that our macarons are still on the sweet side for some. 

So that got us thinking… is there a flavour we can make that will once and for all change the minds of these customers?

That was how the Nescafe Mocha macaron was born.

And because Nescafe is one of the leaders in the world of coffee production, we figured out that in order to produce the very best mocha macarons, we have to turn to their coffee to bake the best mocha macarons.

Indeed, they don't disappoint.

How We Make Them…

Deriving from proven mocha recipes, we concluded that chocolate, coffee and milk have to be present to make great tasting mocha.

So by combining these three in our macarons shells and fillings, we were able to create the Nescafe Mocha macaron.

And because of the strong coffee we put in, you will actually get a bitter aftertaste. Perfect for coffee lovers or anyone who don't have a sweet tooth.
