The thing about many Singaporeans is this. Adults and kids alike love the delicious Oreo cookie with or without milk. So I thought of doing giant oreo macarons in Singapore to cater to both adults and kids.
I gave some out to try, and boy were these giant macarons in Singapore an instant hit with the locals!

This giant macaron dessert is made out of plain flavoured macarons shells, Oreo-flavoured butter cream, and both regular- and mini-sized Oreos. And here's how these giant Oreo macarons in Singapore look like in a group shot:

For some time now, finding a filling that would cater to both adults and children in Singapore has been a challenge. And fortunately, the Oreo cookie really closed that gap. And that means this giant Oreo dessert will stay as a must-have flavour in my arsenal.
And until I figure out more ingredients that can make great fillings that appeal to both the adults and the kids, this Oreo creation will have to do for both. 🙂
